Mr Alessandro Cubeddu, founder and owner of Prolat SRL USA LLC, moved to the United States in 2008 and has worked in the specialty food industry ever since. He represents the third generation of a Sardinian family with deep roots in the production and trade of Pecorino Romano DOP, one of Italy's most iconic cheeses.

After years of experience with leading specialty food importers, Alessandro founded Prolat SRL USA LLC with a simple vision: to make exceptional European specialty foods more accessible to the American market through trusted partnerships and dependable service.

Today, Prolat imports a carefully curated portfolio of premium European cheeses and authentic Italian cured meats, working directly with producers who share the same commitment to craftsmanship, consistency and tradition.
